Sauteed Vegatbles - Sweet & Colorful! 2 tbs olive oil 1 1/4 tsp cumin or cumin seeds 2 large carrots - 1/4" slices 2 small/med beets - quartered and 1/4" slices spinich/beet tops/swiss chard Tamari Heat up the olive oil and cumin in a large pan Sautee the carrots and beets until tender Add in greens and cover until cooked Sprinkle with Tamari Serve hot!

Garlic Mash 5 small red or white potatoes (peeled or unpeeled) 4-5 small/med turnips 3 stalks Garlic Greens - chopped 1/2 stick butter or 1/4 cup olive oil Salt & Pepper Boil the potatoes and turnips until soft Sautee the chopped garlic greens in the butter Remove the potatoes/turnips and mash until soft Stir in garlic greens and butter
