Ah, sorry about that, Dave. well, there's an old fashioned remedy called a hot bath...after it's full add 1-2 cups full of sea salt (or epsom salts), you'll feel like a new man after a 20 minute soak. you can also add a few drops of lavender essential oil. 1/2 gallon Ginger tea added to a bath is great for back ache, too. Everyone should keep a bottle of St John's wort oil on hand. Massage it in for great help with pain relief. goldenrod oil is another great helper...I have a bottle with your name on it, as I promised all the helpers! and also you can take some homeopathic arnica, that'll help.. thanks so much for helping on Sunday! Green Blessings, Robin

My great thanks for a wonderful day in the garden on Sunday. We had gorgeous weather and got a LOT done, including the creation of a new garden bed, dug by Dan, and helped by Elvis and Doug. Doug guided the digging of 2 swales and not only will they make more efficent use of water, by storing more in the ground, they also look lovely. we got lots of new and lovely plants in, including 2 birch trees that Doug and I brought from our land, and 2 witch hazel trees that will grow and provide some more much-needed shade. Ciara planted seeds that Jocelyn collected from the garden last year and so we're hoping for new tobacco and sunflower plants soon. So, again, Thanks to Doug, Dan, Dave, Wendy, Elvis, and Ciara and to Crystal, too, for helping spray soap on our potent ivy plants. And to all of you who couldn't be there but whose good thoughts were with us, I hope you'll join us next time. I will post the next garden day by tomorrow. And remember to sign up for a week of watering and weeding, please! The map is being worked on but meanwhile, the garden beds are rather clearly defined, so there's plently to do. I'll also be glad to meet with anyone and show them around their first time doing maintenance. Green Blessings, Robin Rose Bennett
