Come work and play in the Native medicinal garden, again, or for the first time. It's a healing experience for you and the land! Here's all you need to know: July 26, Saturday, 12:30-3:30 PM...Bring gardening gloves but if you want to know more, read on... On Saturday July 26 we're going to dig another swale and plant on the berm. If you'd like to learn this technique of natural irrigation for catching and conserving rainwater, come learn by helping create it with Doug Herdt, who's recently graduated from a 2 week intensive permaculture design course. We'll be continuing to mulch, transplant, spread new pathways, and plant some tobacco onto the hillsides. Bring your gardening gloves, and if you have them, please bring any of the following: spades, pick axes, pitchforks, rakes, and hand tools. Clippers and pruners can come in handy, too. Will love to see you there. We've had some great work days with lots of amazing help in June and the garden is looking beautiful! I'll do a post about all that's new within the next few days. Green Blessings and Gratitude, Robin Rose Bennett ps And I'll be glad to bring another wild and garden iced herb tea again
